Although clients may never meet with Yvonne, they benefit from her commitment to helping each member of the team do their job better. She ensures that clients are taken care of by making the connections with the right person. She also consistently reviews work methods and procedures to find ways to improve quality and efficiency.
Yvonne joined Balance Wealth in 2014 with thirty years of management experience. She says she values the company’s team approach. Everyone brings different strengths to the table and the goal is for everyone to work together and use those strengths to find the best outcome for clients.
